'My Life Stories' is a group for those writing about their own lives rather than fiction, whether as memoirs to pass on to family, or more commonly, with short accounts of our travels through life and even nostalgic observations about the way things were 'back in the day'... Similar to things we'd talk about at dinner parties with friends! It's a safe and supportive environment to share our work as well as perhaps sharing helpful feedback or suggestions with each other. Flexing our memory bones on paper and sharing our life stories can be entertaining, interesting and fun and may even help to inform tomorrow's historians about the wonderfully weird and fascinating times we've all lived through!
