Week 2
Venue: Clarkston Library

Many of us have been buying music, going to gigs and reading around the topic for decades. We maintain an interest without many outlets to actually discuss, discover or simply talk about stuff. Have you heard the music of DeVotchKa, Calexico or Brass Against? Or maybe revisit the delights of 'Chicago 2', Morrison's 'Astral Weeks' or Free. Rock, blues, jazz, folk, progressive whatever, remember to forget categories, there is only good and bad music which is of course subjective. This would be the chance to share your experiences, favourite albums and new music you have discovered.

I still go to gigs in small venues and maybe organising some events could be part of it. Also, many of us have a lot of CD's, many of which we don't listen to and may like to swap.
